Framemaster
Spacemaker is now offering buildings utilising the latest cold rolled forming technology from New Zealand. We refer to that technology as Framemaster.
This computer controlled equipment takes care not just of high quality steel frame production, but also drawings and structural designs.
Benefits offered by utilising Framemaster:
- Steel C sections of 89mm to 150mm
- Ability to form and cut steel of up to 1.55mm giving a greater variety of structural applications
- Ability to span larger spaces than when using traditional timber techniques.
- In conjunction with Framemaster, Spacemaker is now introducing a number of products into our buildings to improve the build and utilization efficiencies including the use of pre-hung doors, advanced insulating materials and external finishing products.
- Combining all of these products Spacemaker is able to offer a building constructed of non flammable products giving greater peace of mind to the end user. These buildings are approved by UAE Ministry of Interior, Civil Defense Authorities.
